Over 99.9% of Asian factories accept only Bank-to-Bank Wire transfer or Western Union. They do not accept Credit Card or Paypal payments. Many new importers see this is risky, and costly (Each money transfer costs $30-$50), and it takes time for you to line-up at the bank etc... We have gone to great effort to research and identify factories who will accept Paypal (and Visa and Mastercard). This will provide you with the peace of mind that you will not be "scammed" - your purchase is protected by Paypal and the Creditcard companies.
